Planet UI thingy

minor suggestion

This isn't huge, and is purely a convenience UI thingy but I thought I'd bring it up in case no one else has. On the planet management screen, you can't delete stuff by clicking on the icon in the planet map. That is incredibly tedious, as it's much harder to find it in the build queue and delete it there. Just a suggestion...

What do you exactly want? To delete an improvement you :
- click on the title where the imporvement is located
- if the improvemnt is not yet build, click on the little x on the top of the build queue
- if the improvement is already build, use the decommision upgrade

So it is 2 click to destroy an improvement. It will be difficult to do less.

I can see that it can be a little annoying to find something on the build queue to delete it there. I agree that the "decommission" icon should be used for both build, and not-yet build structures.

Well, you don't need to parse through the social queue to delete a queued item: you just need to select the title on map area and click the little "x" on the top of the social queue.

I think the whole "decommission build" thing is a bit artificial. I'd prefer a small "x" or something similar to destroy a building.
Oh, and by the way, I think you should be allowed to relocate super projects like your manufacturing capital. It's not possible to destroy them at the moment (well, in Beta 5) and even less possible to rebuild them (they are even lost forever when cancelled during the build, but this has been reported already).
