Add me to the list: activation probs

Add me to the list of those who cannot activate. I have a TGN sub, which does not activate GCIIbeta. I had the beta 1 working. Has piracy been such a problem for stardock that this pita activation is really needed? My serials are for drengin and TGN (identical, doesn't work), GC 1 (tried it, doesn't work) and OD (didn't try it, I'd be just as annoyed if it did work!).

Debug.err shows nothing - I did turn it on. No activate.* (was it .log that someone asked about?). Multiple
restarts, uninstall/reinstall, updates to SDC, nothing helped.

Please feel free to help out by email. I did skim the other activation threads, nothing helped. I didn't try other partitions.

Asking Stadock Central to resend your serial did the trick for me.

The serial I got from the resend was completely different to the one I used to have. Entering the new serial finally gave me access to the game.

Very weird way to go and badly documented, but hey I can play

Because I have a TGN sub, I don't specifically have a serial for GCII. The TGN serial did not work, re-requesting the serial (several times and several ways) did not get anything else. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I have teh same issue. I have uninstalled, archived, and tried just bout every suggestion on here but nothing works.

I had the same issue. Just email support and they will send a new code if needed. Worked like a charm
