Empire Rules

Also, Shalom's players stats don't have borders on the table. I see some stray borders at the bottom of the page. Maybe they should get together? ;) Hope I'm not being nitpicky here.

Hello Diplomats! In case you missed it, RB is sponsoring another set of succession games. Since many of us at RB have been playing Civ3 succession games for years, it seemed a natural progression for GalCiv. Our first game was a rousing success, and we are looking to jumpstart three more games before the next patch/expansion.
