Drengin Peace Federation Event

After over a hundered games I thought I'd seen it all! Then something like this comes along . . . the Drengin have thier own civil war . . . The name of thier new Emperor is Googly . . . ROFL . . . they become a minor and have a ridiculously funny superman symbol as thier motif! Are there any other rareish sleeper events anyone else has ever seen . . . ?

I have seen this one only once, also I have seen the Arceans and the Torians have the same situation, but I have never seen this event in the Yor or the Altarian.

I've only seen screenshots of it happening to the Torians, Arceans and Drengins. I'm fairly sure all races can get it but have never seen it in game.
