Pol Machine is targeting May. We will put all our game develolpers on it to make that date if necessary since it's time sensitive.

Elemental probably won't show up in the next 18 months.

Hey, speaking of PM, I've I've got a question for Brad.

I've been wondering if players will have the ability to adjust various demographic settings, or alter suffrage rules, or tweak public preferences in any way? I think that being able to do so would allow for some very interesting scenarios. Will all of this information be hardcoded, or will it be as moddable as in GalCiv?

Thanks for the info. I was really interested in when we would have a chance to play the beta, for Drengin.net subscribers. The beta is usually available before the game release.

May? I thought I saw Jan 2004 somewhere. I'm thinking it can't be held off much longer than that because it's based on the US Presidental election cycle, which really starts in Feb 2004.
