i was at war with the candinoids and my ship entered their system even though i hadent destroyed their planet and they hadent surendered.not to mention it was their last 1

The answer is no its not supposed to happen.

But occasionally it does, for me it only really occurs if I'm getting the invisible ships bug. Also occasionally if I go to invade a system but change my mind on going to war, the ship moves on to the ships instead. This can occur with anything though as I've moved onto enemy stations, ship and trade ships.
