Hard Coded Tech Tree?

Is the tech tree still hard coded for some of the AIs in the expansion pack?

It's not moddable, if that's what you mean. Does it learn? I don't know, but I doubt it.

Well, me and a few other people are making a total conversion mod and we want to make a hole new tech tree, but with the currant version some of the AIs are hard coded so we can not do a tech tree mod yet. I was wondering if the Expansion pack fixed the problem with the hard coded AIs and allowed the AIs only to use the techs that were avaible and decide on it's own what to research.
