One stupid question

When you look at screenshots/comments ,there are often link to EMail! How do I put that EMail to that comments? I am so new with these things that I don`t know how to do that!Can somebody advice me?

I have to say it more accurately,I mean that Email when somebody ask send to his/her email address some skin!

just type it in as you normally do: name @ isp.domain (without the spaces)
