where did my fences 6 license go?

I rebuild my windows 11 system, when I went to reinstall my fences 6, the license was gone, I checked my purchase history, Order number: 5050706 Date: 3/21/2025 10:15:48 AM, but no code to active. I downloaded the PDF, but I don't see way to upload it here. either way, it's in my purchase history.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
