Start11 v2.7: Cannot change order of pinned start menu items

I am using Start11 v2.7 and I can no longer change the order of items pinned to the left side of the start menu by drag & drop. What am I missing?

Moved to Start Menu Products area

Which Start11 Start menu style you're using?
Post screenshot or video showing the issue might also help us understand it better.
Need your Windows 11 full version and OS build number. Use Winver.exe.
