Is this from the Insiders' update?
I'm playing on a Huge galaxy map with AI players set far apart - why is the map so tiny when I scroll out? Is there a way to generate dozens of sectors to fill the entire galaxy? Or would I maybe need to create lots of AI generated civs to fill it out? I have all the core civs playing, plus a couple of my own AI generated ones
Is your settings largest Galaxy Far distance and max sectors?
This is a known problem that is being looked into.
There is a workaround though.
It is Ctrl+N till you get a better map.
I have seen maps with multitudes of sectors over a large p[art of the map screen.
It still will not "fill" the map though.
