Is there a hard cap on the type of ship we build? I'm trying to build Vanguard Paladins, but it's suddenly not become an option. I've been building them for months. I have around 20 fleets or 12-13 ships each.

Any chance you are out of one or more resources needed for building the ship? Lack of antimatter or something?
