Not sure whether this looks better:
Citizens squeezed in the middle with an unnecessary scrollbar and lots of unused space below the planet stats. Which is unfortunate because the citizens I don't see at a glance are the new ones that need specialization. Too many clicks!
I'm running the game on 2560 x 1600 with UI Size "Normal (HD)" because I don't like resources, especially modules, to scroll out of sight on the top right.
