1.60.457293 repeating picture on events

Still getting the slum fire picture repeat multiple times on events that should have (and do) their own picture.

Yes, that's exactly what happens, it keeps going with every event that needs a picture.  The saves I sent should hopefully show that, but like I said, if I quit and reload they go back to normal, so this may not be able to be seen even with a save. I could send the save from the very beginning of the game if that would help.  If I'm the only one seeing this then it's probably not a big deal and I'll stop reporting it.
