Do Military starbases no longer prevent planet invasion? As you can see, there is a military starbase in the system, but I'm still invading and conquering enemy civ planets.

Didn't see it listed in the 1.60 Insiders updates log.

Guess they just forgot to add it to change log here.
My apologies, that may have been an oversight in the changelog, I know this was planned for a while, let me double check
I'm pretty sure it was turned off a few updates ago, at least.
