Are you thinking about just similar projects as with credits, or something different? And would you want them to be unlockable with tech, or available from the start?
That's blood money from the Corporate Sector, they gave me $900K to go to war with another Civ, then I got that Civ to pay for peace. The AI seems to create credits at will, but then gives them away.
I was thinking that it would be easy to add non-credit producing projects like you did with Strip Mine and Economic Stimulus. Projects that produce control and culture preferred, but even influence. Unlockable with a tech or improvements (like you did with Research) would be a nice touch, but maybe a combo with some starting earlier (maybe linked to planet pop or some other planetary output threshold. The more choices you put out there the better as far as I'm concerned.
