Control Details Needed Under 1.60.388302

The screen snapshot below shows that I have -10 control.  It has been dropping for the last few turns.  I would like to know why, but I do not know where to look to see what is consuming control every month.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Well, it clearly says you are in positive income. My first guess would have been, that you somehow payed more than you had stored, but if you say, it has been going down for several turns, that is unlikely. Could you share a save file?

I am well past that point in time now and I have worked my way back to being positive, how I do not know, but that is the point.  There needs to be a way of accounting for Control just like there is for income, trade revenue, and all resources.

I totally agree with you. And simply judging by the UI it is a bug, not an UI issues. 
If you stumble on the same bug, I kindly ask you to share a save file, as this is the only reliable way to track down bugs.

I have just had the same thing happen to me.  It's says I'm a +1, so where does the -3 come from?
