1.55.376713 Insider - game hangs

Never mind.  Tried it in Epic and game moves on.  Shutting down Steam and then restarting game also worked.  Just going out to Steam menu and restarting game wasn't enough to get past hang-up.

So far, I've only seen the random hangs from the Steam version.  I tried disabling the Steam overlay, but that didn't help.

 

Update:

I saw it happen on the Epic version as well, now.  I can't say it's the same hang, but the symptoms are similar; that is, it sudden;y just hangs when going through the list of civs and updating them.
