1.55.376713 Cannot access all citizens

Hidden citizens.  I know this is a known issue, just putting in my vote to get the fix in the next update

Not sure I follow here. You have a planet cap of 10.5 cits. You have 10 cits on your screen. So what cits are missing? you cannot have an one half cit.

Never mind you are talking about changing their jobs?

The OP has 11 citizens. The 11th citizen would be on row 3, which the OP can't access.

FYI, if you had capacity for 11 citizens, but then reduce it, the extra citizen does not disappear.

That's exactly it Divine Wrath.  Also, the Population Caps are not hard caps.  You can exceed them, but the other citizens get unhappy.  I usually ship them off in a constructor or colony ship, but while I'm waiting I'd like to be able to have access to them.

Missed the 11/10 font was small. So my bad.

gypsy2299 - It is hard to read. I should leave the picture in zoomed out mode when I'm only referring to a small portion of screen.

Have not been able to play much of 1.55 so the change to the layout is not that familiar to me but still I was looking for those numbers and missed them.

I am ghost88 on Discord and Steam so have not been able to play much as I do have a volunteer job on those two forums.

I have no official position on this forum though what I say is my thoughts and turns out I am not thinking at a very good rate ATM.
