The following screen snapshot shows the description for the Zalon Defense System. I do not think that "Reduces the defense" is an adequate description. Which defenses? By how much? A fixed amount or a percentage?
If a player is going to spend 3 resources and take up 12 mass on a ship they should get more information than a vague "Reduces the defense".
