I just noticed that I am creating an insane amount of income every turn. The first screen snapshot shows the numbers. The second screen snapshot shows that all of my colonies are generating +90.12 and the primary reason is that something called "Owned Galaxy Tile Bonus" is generating 214.57.

I'll see that +$90 and raise you $415. I've got the tile bonus plus a huge Tourism bonus. Certainly seems like something is broken with income.
Even so I'm still only #2 in income, #1 Corporate Sector is at $1B -
Wealth indicator also won't move past $1,000,000
Tourism has always been very good in Galactic Civilizations. It's basically the more tiles you own and the higher tourism percent the better. Also, looks like credits are capped at 1 billion. Think part of the problem might be you can stack Tourism bonuses without investing into Tourism on a planet.
