yes it does but you must cross reference your account with your stardock account. Makes you a level three user.

I don't know what an "fxp board" is, nor do I particularly care if attitudes like yours are prevalent on them.
If you can't cough up less than a buck a month for a subscription to a fast site with a huge library of quality skins, then I suppose you could go trawl through DA for freeeee. Enjoy.
I don't quite understand the "gimme gimme gimme" attitude I see at times on the web now. This site uses a ton of bandwidth, and that kinda costs a bunch of money. How rude of WC to ask for $.84 a month from us to keep the place running. >

I'm with #11. I have little talent, and like small words and big pictures. Maybe I paid my way into WC rather than getting in by sweat equity, but I like this place.

I feel sorry for the person who needs even smaller words and bigger pictures to understand life. Even out here where I live we know not to change one's name in midstream and expect to remain annonymous.

I would like to add that ANY purchase of a Stardock or Wincustomize product will get you unlimited downloads.
The only icons available here are Icon Packager icons.  Now you say that you've been downloading icons for a year now. Surely you couldn't have been using the demo version of Icon Packager that long... It's time limited demo... If you've purchased IP, then all is well, just cross-reference your account and goodbye download limit. If not well, you're the type of person who expects everything to be given to him without ever giving anything back, and these people aren't welcome here.
