wincusomize skin browser

Please could anybody tell me whether wincustomize browser itself is enought for me to visualize a whole suite, like apollo? or i'll need to download some other programs, like windowblinds and iconpackager?

You will need to download further programs depending on the suite

Try downloading the one you like and see what programs are involved, if you do not have them it will ask if you want to download and install them
