'Paranoid' Ability ships not behaving as expected

Version 1.05

Currently, 'Paranoid' is granting the defender ships, but the citizens on the planet's still complain they are undefended. I suspect this bug is tied up with other things....

I don't think this is intended to fulfill the colonies desire to be defended.

Is this the same turn you received the ships or placed them on planet? 

If so, what happens next turn?

Most operations take till next turn to activate.

Good question! I checked next turn and my citizens still report being unprotected, despite there technically being protected. An invasion can't start, which would count to me as "protected"
