Why the reduction in logistics?
I am all for it, as I was manually reducing it, but curious what you found and why.

I’d guess from this feedback: https://forums.galciv4.com/513209/please-make-large-and-huge-hulls-useful-again ? What they did is different from the suggestion, and I’m all for the logistics reduction too, you can only fit like two or three huge hulls in the max logistics before bonuses are applied.
Smjjames is right. Fleets of large/huge ships weren't able to compete with equal logistics fleets of small ships. This helps balance that.

It seems now the culture point gain from assign leader to commander ship is fixed at maximum 7 point. It can still get the 7 points at the beginning by using same leader and assign leader in/out on same commander ship, giving the civilization having the loyal ability a huge advantage at the beginning.
You are right. I'm going to update the script to be more complex and catch this sort of exploit.
Basically what its going to do is track whenever you fired/execute a commander, so you wont get another culture point until you "repay" for fired commander. It does mean that you can unassign from ship 1 and assign to ship 2 and you wont get another culture point (which is good since you could exploit by jumping one guy through all 3 starter ships early). But it may be a little confusing for some player when they assign a commander and don't get a culture point and forget that its because they unassigned someone earlier.
So, basically you’re trying to set it up so that it remembers which leader was commander, so, in order to get three culture points that way, you’d have to hire two more and assign? Plus only one point per ship.
seems reasonable and wouldn’t affect those who just hire once and leave the commander there the whole game.
It's a little simpler than that. It basically tracks a "debt" whenever you fire or execute a commander. And it won't provide the culture point if there is a debt (instead it removes a point of debt).
But in effect it's as you describe.
Hi Derek, was there to be some extra ship design parts to be added to Ver.1.05 also the registration parts show in the designer but cannot be used is this an oversight the classic ship designs are also missing.

Not all ships are showing up in the ship roster:
1. open up save
2. Tab to the only available ship that has moves.
3. Try to find the asteroid miner (or any of the others) in the ship roster.
I also made a thread, though that's a month ago.
