Unable to start the game

Hello, 
when I launch the game I have the error below which appears I have tried everything nothing works 
(I deleted the game, I removed the anti-virus ...) I do not know more what to do.

Hello here’s what I did:

 

- check games 

- remove the anti-virus

- clears dns cache and more 

- updating of graphic and other drivers

-  update of  Windows 

- updating of CC++ ... other

- corrupt file control

 

after all his games makes me the same mistake and from time to time he doesn’t throw it anymore so I’m not even playing jux once again ... very disappointed    X(  X(  X(

Greetings,

I find out why the games does not work here is how to solve the problem for players who have the same problem as above



step 1: move the installation folder of the "CIV4" games to the "VaultCache" folder otherwise the games crash automatically

below are the steps to move the cradle.

Now check the games in "Epic game" and restart your games once done.

If your PC is in some language other than English, but you set it to English (if possible), does it work then?
