I double checked and my computer meets the minimum requirements but before loading the game gives the error of graphics card not supported. I don't know what to do I looked at the FAQ

It would also help if we could see what's in your runlog.txt file, it is located in \Documents\My Games\Star Control
If you could upload it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it.
