How can I specify which monitor to use when I have a multi-monitor setup

I have a 4  monitor setup.  For various reasons, I have certain apps which are always on top on the primary desktop display.

Galciv 3 always opens on this display, so these apps are always on top.

How can I tell Galciv3 to use a different monitor?  They all have the same resolution, so that isn't a problem.

Is there a command-line option to specify a display?

For the record, this is a Windows 7-64 bit system, 16 gig memory, nVidia GTX 760.  Each monitor is an HD monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080

I am running in non-fullscreen mode, with a display resolution of 1920x1080

Thanks in advance

Super-shift-arrow moves applications between monitors. It normally doesnt work for games. The best solution is to move everything else and set tye primary monitor to the one you play games on. Windows 8 has more options i heard, but windows 7 has very little multi monitor features

I have w7 and use the nvidia control panel to set primary to one monitor and I grab and move other applications (such as memory monitors, etc) by sliding them over to the secondary monitor (mouse left click and hold).   Seems to have worked for every thing so far; if there are apps that you can't move this way I dunno, sorry.
