Problem trying to play the game

I bought the Alpha some months ago, at the beggining simple to buy because I wanted this game to be fully developed, but now I was wanting to play, and for 2 months I have been trying to get in it and some kind of bug prevent me, before I couldn t even load the game, it would crash in the intro, now I can load but when I try to start a game even in a .tiny galaxy, it will simple crash the game and steam together, without any error message.

 

I use a dell notebook

processor: i7-3537U 2.00GHz

memory: 8 Gbs

video: Geforce GT730M

 

I know notebooks isn t fit for games, but with this configuration I should at least be able to play it with reduced graphics and reduced galaxys.

Your i7-3537U has an integrated GPU, which many people have had difficulties getting to work with a discrete GPU. One of the problems many have had is that the computer manufacturer tries to make it difficult to upgrade the integrated driver. Intel has a work-around for this, and Stardock knows how to get at the work-around's instructions.

There are many other causes of this problem that align with dual GPUs that have been reported in the past to Stardock, so I think your best bet is to open a ticket with their support and get their help.
