Enhance Land spell listed twice in spellbook

My spellbook has Enhance Land listed twice.  One entry is for 40 mana. The other cost 64 mana.  Otherwise the spell appears identical.

I noticed this for Heal as well...specifically when I had an opportunity to choose a new spell, heal was listed twice.

don't know if this is what your seeing or not.  There are 2 heel spells,  one works only on the strategic map the other in tactical battle.
