Nope, it wouldn't.... but give girls who have been victims of sex crimes two bricks.  Let them remove the offending gonads.

As for female offenders/villains, they should get the going rate for males when it comes to sentencing, with no leniency for the 'fairer' sex.  Some of the most heinous in history have been women... or facsimilies thereof, like my 1st ex, for example.  Now there's somebody who belongs behind bars, but who had the luck to get away scot free every time.

 

@Starkers: your first wife was a facsimile?     @everyone: Seriously, though, most criminal justice systems in Western nations are still vacillating between two very distinct intended outcomes of 'justice.'  De week want/seek punishment or rehabilitation.  Which do we want?  Do we want to punish the offender, or do we want to remold the offender into a viable member of civil society?  Both goals are intermixed together in most Western systems.  And its a dicey mix, IMHO.

Yup, she was a facsimilie of a woman, a fake; not genuine; an imposter; a throwback to something Dark-Ages and evil; a warted crone with a UI so hideous it'd scare Satan himself.  Orright, maybe not quite that bad, but I have no good memories of her cos all the bad ones, of which there are many, supercede and outweigh them to the point where they simply don't exist.

In this case, does this mean she should have to watch all of Duck Dynasty followed by every Toby Keith album in one sitting as her punishment?

Sounds more like a reward - given the typical proclivities of the hoi poli. (masses)
