Collectors edition part - Ultimate Edition

Browsing the library for ship designs to add, I read that some designs require the ship parts included in the collectors edition.

I bought the Ultimate edition and patched it to the latest version. At least impulse tells me there are no more downloads for me. Do I have the parts included in the collectors edition as well, or do I have to get them seperately? I am trying to add the ships to twilight of the arnor.
