My question is!
Why i'm a visitor?i have now Upload Work by me,but my stat is at the moment "User Level: Visitor".
how much i must upload to be an skinner?
The Customer Level Visitor changes based upon, I believe, whether you register or become a subscriber.
The Level Citizen changes upon you being promoted in the community. Not solely base upon skins uploaded.
