Well, as I see it.  Win percentages really don't mean jack when they're in the high 50's and 60's.  It's pretty obvious how the majority of these players reached these numbers.  If your team works well together and never gives up then you'll always have a chance to beat so called better players. As for that host cheat crap.  I think it's pretty lame and I can't believe Ruip used that dirty tactic.  Inexorable used that on me and my partners 2 days ago and god knows how many more times it was used on me since I was not aware of it. I really don't check my stats that often to keep track.  All those games I was winning only to be counted as lossess due to cheating and critical errors. 

But, in the end, it's just a game and no one gets prize money for having the highest amount of wins and such unless you're in a tourney. I have 3 accounts and have been playing this game ever since it came out.  I have well over 3000 games and I know how to use all the demigods pretty well.  I have my own style and it drives me nuts when others try to tell me how to build my dg or where to position myself on the map.  I don't give advice unless it's asked for.  Most of this game is common sense.  But a lot of these higher percentage players only look at your win percentage and make their final analysis from those numbers.  Well guys, you can't go by those numbers in a lot of cases.  Gektor is a good example, his win percentage is like 38 but he's damn good.  Why is he so low in wins if I think he's so good, well, that's because when Gektor is close to winning he concedes.  He just likes to look like an underdog.  I'm sure some of you have caught on to that.  But anyway, I think I'll be visiting these forums more often.

heya greenday - I've played several games with/against you on my cheesus account.  Glad to see you popping up here on the forums. 

I agree somewhat.  I don't think I've ever been impressed by a super high win rate (and I'd hope no one all that experienced with the game would be either), as it typically is a clear sign of people doing a wee bit of stacking or some sort of nonsense.  I do generally find that most folks with > 1,000 games and that are > 50ish% win rate are decent.  Its just that the total games played number is more valuable than win % - not all agree with me, of course, and there are always exceptions.  

With regards to rui, 2-3 folks reported him last week and I checked into it.  After discussing things with him, I personally don't believe he's intentionally using any exploit, but his connection can be a little problematic - which is leading to the issues that were reported. He linked me to a pantheon game that he played in recently where everyone was dc'd from him and he himself ended up with a loss (I've never even seen something like that - normally the host would get the win with all dc'd).  I gave him some extra info on how to improve his connections stability, but I'm not sure if he's looked into it.  Anyway, the bottom line is that I don't think he's pulling any cheating nonsense, but at the same time, unless he changes some of his connection settings, you might not want him to host any games or join games that he is the host if you care about stats.

Crucible is the most exploitable map with spirit oak because you can literally send the spirits right to the citadel without taking tower damage over and over again until its gone. mist erebus? are you serious?

Oak should be an instant win vs ere on crucible, when both are doing minions. However it more so relys on the skill level of the players. I've beat a 500 game, 40% doing minion oak with horn of battle as myself doing an ere minion build. I owned warscore, got kills, and took his portal with swarm right after he tp'd to battle field. Again, this wouldnt work agaisnt a skilled player. But it more so relys on skill then dg selection. 

The ring of divine might symbol comes up as well when he activates it, which is why I'm confused.  Somehow the dodge buff is just there for the entire game.

The "invisible" buffs that the game developers created that aren't visible without mods are usually accessing the incorrect icons (these are almost exclusively minion-related buffs). The Pendent of Grace image is, I believe, just the image for the passive +10 (?) minion weapon damage. The Ring of Divine Might symbol popups once they get the knockback.

tl;dr It's a bug, it's been like this forever, the minions aren't actually dodging. In general ignore buff images on minions.
