Smart Startup problem

Anybody knows what causes this ? Reinstalled several times with same result. (Only occuring on one machine, although same hardware/software/drivers as another machine where it shows right)

I think that MCP uses a png background. Can you view PNG files?

A previous version of MCP did this to me. Turning "Run ObjectBar automatically on startup" in ObjectBar OFF, rebooting, and turning it back ON fixed the problem. However, this doesn't seem to fix the problem for me in the latest version of MCP.
