Updating Demigod - HELP ME!

Ok. I am trying to update my demIgod game so i can play it online. But before i can update i need to register my product.

The registration window tells me to choose catogory, game, email adress and the serial number..

1. I tough the serial number is the number written in the cover of the game(the key code) But that is wrong. anyways. How can that number match with my email adress?

2. I saw the serial number at my  account --> registration.. here on my net acount. I typed it in .. but i got the same  massage that some of the information is wrong..

Error Massage:

ERROR

The serial number you have entered is not recognized by impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted.

please check your selected product, email and serial number

then try again. (ref: 2)

 

So.. Where the hell can i see what my serial number is?

Please help.. im tired of jus playing single player vs hard CPU......

Did you buy the game used, by any chance? Some jerk could have used up the serial and then sold you a worthless CD :/

I had the same problem...

I typed it in about 5 times before I got it working.

 

Try this:

Retype the number from scratch (don't try editing it if it doesn't work), I'm not sure if it's case sensative. Also remember to type in all the dashes.

Anyone find a solution to the serial registration?

I am having the same problem. I purchased 4 games in-box and am prepping a LAN multiplayer match. I understand multiplayer is online requiring an update but the update will not proceed without registering the serials. I am happy to do so but I get an error message saying it is not a valid serial. 

So...

I attempted to contact Impulse, they were purchased by Gamestop. I contacted Gamestop and they directed me to Stardock. Stardock directed me to setup a support account- did that. Posted a ticket. Waiting... Reading similar posts... So far, no answers.

What now?
