Hey I know I have left another of these about 2 weeks ago, but I want to get some people to join my empire, Terran Federation. only 1 other person is there besides me (:( So join and lets make a big empire

As leader of an empire you would be granted Senatorship, of course. Give your own empire a week or two, then think on it.
