Political Parties bug with TA (and previous likely)?
Everyone knows that if your political party loses the election, you're supposed to be penalized. You lose your political bonuses, and you also lose a little more on top of that.
However, when looking through the .XML files, I noticed something interesting.
The Technologists have +20 Research and +1 Sensors. When they lose the election, they lose the research and sensors bonus.

Looks great.
However, the Pacifists, War Party, Populists, Universalists, and Industrialists are NOT applying penalties correctly. For example, the Industrialists receive +20 social and military engineering.

However, their penalty is described as such:
[Penalty]8:-25[/Penalty]
They lose 25% research, but apparently keep the industry bonuses. Weird...
Pretty easy bug to fix.
