I get an email today about Galciv Empire.
I click and I don't know what I am looking at.
Is it a new way to record scores? A new game? What?
Sounds like you got an Empire invitation. Some Email clients have trouble displaying the background graphic and it makes it unreadable. You can try blocking images in your email and you should at least be able to read the text.
I don't have a clue from the email. There is virtually no text. Clicking to websites gives no information that I can tell on what it is. I guess if it was a big deal Brad would touting it on the home page if not elsewhere.
Basically, no clue.
No, no you misunderstand. In the Metaverse one can create an empire, which is a collection of folks whose scores are combined to give an empire score. Empires are then ranked against each other based on that score. It has been a feature since since GC1, so waiting for Brad to chat about it on the front page won't be happining.
As DA said it appears that an emperor has sent you an invite to join his/her empire, the link would have been to that empire's Metaverse page.
