Dumb Question

On a white sticker inside the DVD case.

Ok here is what I have on the sticker:

Start: numbers
Stop: numbers
Material: numbers

Start and Stop are the same. Material is a different number, but neither one of them work.

I'm not sure what you're looking at. Mine is clearly labeled "PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR".

Lol did you open the box?

It should be on a sticker just above the disc inside the box. If there is no sticker, contact [email protected].

Mine was a bit loose, so be sure to scour the box contents to ensure it didn't fall off and get stuck to something else. If not, then yeah, what kryo said.

The funny thing is that I bought two of them. One has the S/N (I hadn't opened the other one until today) and the other does not lol BB will tell me to fly a kite

Hmmm...maybe I should just call. I sent an email and still haven't heard anything. If people are wondering why everyone is switching to console gaming this is a gleaming example. This is the fourth game I have bought in the last year where I didn't get a S/N, some pirated my code, or the code wouldn't work.

I have to agree with Rickder....that whole "4th game this year" scenario isn't even slightly believable. It's a small problem, either find the code or deal with the retailer.....what do you expect from the forums?

And stardock is sooo good that they are even willing to help lol

Also unless you're hell bent on playing online you don't even need the serial to install the game or play single player, or LAN games; so until you can get a new one from SD you can at least enjoy the game off line or with a friend without any problems.

We at support did respond to your e-mail, you wrote in on the evening of April 16, we responded to you the next morning. Check your Spam or Junk mail folder, it may have gotten put there.

Now, although Stardock has absolutely nothing to do with any Retail purchases, we can still help. If you can send us a scan or digital picture of the box, open to show there is no serial sticker, along with the receipt from BB, we can assign you a new serial number.

Hmmm...I did not find the email in my spam folder. I will send you photos of both boxes, copy of the receipt, and I am hoping that will do it.

I love the game I know I do not need the serial number to play the game, but I would like to get into the multi player a bit.
