how does one upload an image for his post icon

if ya look to the left, you'll see it say no image. tryin to figure out how i put one over there. went to my account and uploaded my images, i got one for my profile page, and i uploaded one for my icon, either it's not the right icon i'm thinking, or i don't know what i'm doing wrong. does this sight seem a lil laggy to ya'll?

nevermind, it has now appeared on the left, and i'm all happy happy

guess i had to wait before it took effect.

Btw, if u wanna know how to do it. pm me or just go into "my account" and goto images, and upload an image in the top one(personal icon"
