While not really a review site, Tycho has a pretty positive overview of GalCiv out today...

I'm guessing quite a few people already have read this, but I know Penny Arcade is where I first heard about this game.

Actually, I thought he was saying good things about it since he downloaded it when it came out. Today was just the day he wrote a more comprensive version. Too bad its hard to "wang" PA. LOL
