Stardock response time?

How long is the turnaround on Stardock sales? I'm still trying to get instructions on ordering the Galciv CD.

I've sent them a couple emails with roughy ther following: "I'm a beta tester. How can I order the OEM final CD?"

I've not gotten a response, and I've sent 3 emails over the past 3 days. Given, I use Hotmail so any one of them could have been lost in the ether, but I'd still like a response.

So I'm asking how long is reasonable to wait before I get irritated?

Ah okay, who exactly are you emailing? Try this one: [email protected]. They're generally pretty fast but you can imagine how overwhelmed they are.

Yeah, I figured they'd be overwhelmed, with the retail stores dropping the ball on the distro, and the game being so much fun & all.
