Problem with GCII, Please render assistance

HELP ME!

All right, for reasons I don't think need disclosure I was disconnected with the internet for a month during which time there was a formatting of the windows OS partition(drive C). After windows was successfully re-installed, GCII only responded to my calls for execution by saying: "the product seems to be registered but... something...something." because of previous assistance from forum members I thought I was on the right coarse of action by deleting sig.bin and re-entering my e-mail address and serial code but woefully I failed to acknowledge that I was not connected to the internet.

I opened galciv2.exe and it prompted me to re-register my game which I could not do.
I stayed disconnected for upto 20 days after that(And no, I am not poor) and within those 20 days galciv2.com self-deleted and now I have re-installed SD central and it says GCII is not installed.(I don't have a hard copy)

And activate.exe is not working. How do I play without waiting upto days for it to download again. Please help

When you run the game and try to activate, and it is unable to contact the server (having no internet), it should give you an option to activate by email via another machine that is connected.

Huh? The game can't uninstall itself if that's what you mean.

Doesn't have to be one in your home--anywhere you're allowed to bring in external media and use email, you can use to activate.
