Trying to update

Okay so I'm trying to update my copy of the game (I'm still playing version 1.0) and I followed the directions for updating a computer without an internet connection and I just have two question:
1.) They said that I should get a response in 16 hours, is that bussiness hours?
2.) Are they going to send me a large file or anything like that? I ask because the e-mail address I gave them is at a university and I will reject anything in excess of 50Mbs or some similar amount.
