Version?

In the game, where would I look to find out which version I am running? I want to report a bug but I have no idea which version I have or what Stardock upgraded me to.

when in game, I think if you click in the menu bottom, the version number is written in the top of the screen

If it's not 1.13, the latest version, I don't think there would be much point in reporting a bug, since it might have been fixed.
