My apologies. It was indeed stardock.

Secondly I did NOT pre-order the game.

Thirdly It says Limited Edition on the box\DVD case not Collectors but on the back of the manual it does say collectors.

Fourthly I went to the stardock website and have requested the code and I should recieve it soon.

So all things considered I want to thank you all for your replies and I keep my fingers crossed that the code works.
