Does anyone know how to make this into a .PNG image, so that I can use it in the game?

I'm trying to make a Full Metal Alchemist Mod, and I need this picture/ Can you help?

This is the link to the picture. I don't have the program to make this into a PNG image to be playable in the game. Can somebody please do it, and post it back on this site. I would be very greatful. Also could you tell me how to use these new PNG images in the game. I have other logos that are PNG images, but aren't showing up as choices for your race logo.

P.S this was meant to be a reace logo image. Thanks,

Load it into Paint, click save as, select PNG from the 'save as type' dropdown menu.

if you have an older version of paint that doesn't have .png option you can also use Irfanview (free)Link or paint.net (free) Link or a host of others
