Patch Downloads

I should be able to download the patch without stardock!

I would like to see the downloads for the patches available someplace other than Stardock. I live in a rural area and don't have access to a high speed connection, so it takes days to download anything from stardock. I do have friends in town who have a high speed connection that let me download patches when needed but I can't download a patch for Gal CIV II without stardock. Can you possibly put a link on the website like you did with the first beta patch?

The full versions will be up on the site. They don't want people who don't know what a beta is to accidentally download it, hence SDC.

And even with this precaution, the forums are still full of posts about how unstable the betas are. It's be much, much worse if it was available on Fileplanet.

You are apparently missing the big link in the upper-left that says "Downloads", which will take you here to get the official (non-beta) patch:
