I have a stardock account. It does not recognize my serial number for the game when I try to download. I tried searching for a particular file that in my stardock folders that I found on this site to assist me, however, I couldn't find that particular file to erase? I have the retail version: GALCIV Dread Lords. I love the game and don't have a problem playing it. However, I crave that dang patch that eludes me. I have only one email address that I would have ever typed in.
